Return Policy

If the customer needs to return an item, Dropsouk is here to help. Returns can only be accepted within 30 days of delivery of the product. Eligible returns must be unused (unregistered), unopened and in the same packaging as you received it. Original packaging and anti-tamper seals must be intact. The customer is asked to contact Dropsouk service before returning back any product. In order to speed up the return processing, the customer will be asked to provide Dropsouk support with the following information :

• Product name
• Serial number
• Date of purchase
• Description of the default or reason/motivation for returning the product
• Photo or video of the default, if applicable

All returns must be pre-approved by Dropsouk. Dropsouk reserves the right to reject a returned item if it has not been previously authorized or is returned in a condition that is not able to be resold as new.
