शिपिंग नीति
Dropsouk is a France-based business. While the drones we sell are available from few vendors, we offer products at the same range of prices as anywhere else. Any orders that have to be shipped to an address other than the customer’s billing address will be subjected to further verification.
Shipment processing time
All orders require from 1 to 2 days processing time before being shipped. If the customer purchases after 4PM Central European Time on Friday or during the weekend, the shipment process will start from the following Monday. Please note that orders will not be processed on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipping Methods and Costs
The prices of the products vary according to the type and shipping method standard (shipping, international, express air mail), and also the location of the warehouse. The customer can view the shipping fees on each product page and at checkout. FREE Shipping applies to orders above 100 US $. orders are shipped from warehouses located in China, in the USA, and several countries in Europe (France, Spain, Czech Republic, etc.).
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
After an order is placed, the customer will be able to track the status of the corresponding order with the tracking number that Dropsouk will provide once the delivery starts.
Delivery times
Delivery time corresponds to the time needed for the customer’s item(s) to travel from the warehouse to the customer’s destination.
All items sold on https://dropsouk.com are guaranteed to be delivered in 60 days. And all orders shipped from the US, European and Russian warehouses are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days (45 days for orders shipped to Brazil and Mexico).
Due to the unpredictable effects of COVID-19 on logistics and transportation, Dropsouk is extending the guaranteed shipping time of orders placed by 15-30 additional days. The extension will vary based on the order's destination, shipping method, and any lockdown/logistics restriction.
If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation. Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
International Shipping Policy
Dropsouk ships worldwide and ensures that the customer gets the best rate possible for their international shipping needs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. At the checkout page, shipping fees related to the customer’s address are displayed. For more details, the customer is invited to contact Dropsouk service in order to get specific rate quotes by email.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that delays may be imposed by the customer’s country’s customs clearance. Therefore Dropsouk is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
